MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY
Miimum order Quantity is 4 units per design.
All retailers MUST use keystone pricing, that means pricing must be a minimum of double wholesale cost.
Wholesale pricing is displayed on when logged in and approved as a wholesaler. All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice but confirmed order pricing will be honored. (If you do not immediately seeing wholesale pricing after approval, please log out and log back in.)
Our first choice is always Bella Canvas unless stated otherwise. If Bella Canvas is out of stock we will use another comparable brand in its place.
So fun right?! That being said each and every bleached tee is custom. There is no guarantee that any two tees will be exactly the same.
Turn around times may vary. Ready to ship tees will ship within 1-2 business days of payment. Screen print tees with a set closing date will ship within 7-10 business days of closing date. Bleached tees due to the time it takes to prepare them for printing have a turn around time of 10-12 business days.
Depending on the size of a customer’s order, tees will be shipped in postal bags or boxes. We ship via UPS based on package size, customer’s location, and the best rate. All shipping is based on weight calculation.
No returns of wholesale orders will be accepted.
DAMAGES & DEFECTS
Truelove Apparel tees are made to order! Upon the receipt of a tee request, garments are ordered from our supplier, we receive them and print them at your request. They are handmade products. Not every tee will be the same due to the nature of this handmade product. If you do find defects in ink or garments, please contact your us and a replacement or credit will be issued. Otherwise, returns of full orders are not accepted without special circumstances. Customers satisfaction is our top priority!
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact within 5 business days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise if still in stock otherwise a refund will be processed. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
